Our range of mud pulse based MWD tools builds upon and perfects the design of conventional mud pulse technology. Thus ensuring that the familiar technology you have come to depend on makes your next directional drilling project a success. We modified every specification, from data transmission, power consumption to sensor accuracy and beyond, to engineer top performing mud pulse MWD tools in the class. As a result, you will be able to drill longer, achieve less Non-Productive Time (NPT), and get more accurate results.

Terre-LP Linear Mud Pulse MWD Tool

175°C

This bottom-landed linear pulser covers 99% of drilling conditions, will work up to 600 hours on one battery, and has a four-year average MTBF of 2,500 hours underground. With sensor pack accuracy within the ±0.2° range, this easy to retrieve and reseat tool will be your most versatile MWD tool in the fleet.

Terre-RP Rotary Mud Pulse MWD Tool

175°C

Our top-hanging rotary pulser can accurately and dependably perform in extreme hydraulic conditions. Terre-RP is built with the same design improvements as our Terre-LP, which ensure your data is accurate and data loss is virtually impossible. But Terre-RP handles High Lost Circulation Material (LCM) tolerances as high as 80 pounds per barrel (LBS/bbl). We have even had successful tests done at as high as 92 LBS/bbl.

Pegasus Drop-in EM Transmitter

This Electro-Magnetic (EM) transmitter converts your existing hydraulic MWD system into either an EM system or a multi-channel EM and Mud Pulse (MP) system. For a quarter of the price of a full MWD system, even your Tensor tools will be able to make the leap into the future of drilling: immediate surveys on connection, cost-effective service, and up to 20 times faster data rate.

Terre-Flex Multi-Channel Telemetry System

This  multi-channel input-output MWD tool with modular hardware and software design proactively chooses the best data path between EM and MP technology.
